In a brief ceremony held at the Ministry of Trade on Tuesday October 9, 2007, all implementing agencies participating in the GHANA MSME Project signed a Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the PCU. The ceremony was attended by all implementing agencies and funding partners.

It is expected that with the signing of the MOU, implementing agencies feel more sense of ownership, that would also translate to more commitment.
